hi, I'm Antonia — an organisation & leadership development consultant.
With over 15 years of experience working as a multi-disciplinary creative producer, I’ve been able to witness, hone and practice a number of approaches for “making things happen” in a range of contexts, all the while thinking about how to elevate the process and nurture the relationships between everyone involved.
I work with clients to facilitate meaningful conversations, review relational structures, knowledge capture, map and integrate new ways of working.
my methodology is influenced by — concepts of regenerative economics, mindset and wellness practices, transformative justice and politicised somatics.
I specialise in collaboratively bringing your hidden ideas and insights to the surface in a way that is recognisable and useful to you.
Fundamentally, I approach (relevant) 1:1 sessions as your “mirror with a memory”, drawing on the information held over time and checking in with you to see what’s applicable as you shape your material life and vision.
Heavily influenced by adrienne maree brown’s “Emergent Strategy” series, embodied practices and related thinking, I am always developing my own knowledge around process work, organisation and relationship systems coaching and relational dynamics.
I am actively reading around and engaged in ongoing education around racial justice, regenerative economics, “feminist business” principles, indigenous governance, generative conflict and time-energy cycles alongside industry standard trainings such as CIPD.
I have participated in trainings and courses offered by The Emergent Strategy Ideation Institute, Healing Justice London, Staci Haines, Coaching for Healing Justice and Liberation, The Five Movements School of Yin Yoga, Unlearning Racism Collective, The Racial Justice Network, The Adaway Group, NADA GB and many more, to supplement my knowledge of more typical commercial systems in order to support leaders in building truly transformational organisations and innovative businesses that are values-led and have the internal relational infrastructure to support the key vision/s.
With a “consent-first” approach, I am able to build trust quickly and prioritise clarity around confidentiality and transparency, utilising my position as a external person in an open way, bringing forward-movement to issues that have gotten stuck over time.
Personally, I am passionate about mental health, community-led healing and building the capacity to more easily connect with our imaginations. This all feeds into project I am developing collaboratively with others called Dreaming Movements, offering pay what you feel acupuncture to support the mind to rest, dream and imagine.

Growing up bilingual and bi-cultural, I've always felt like a bridge between worlds. Within my British and Mexican families, translating and facilitating understanding, belonging, and nuance became second nature. Embracing multiple truths and holding complexity has always been my norm.
Today, I cultivate awareness around both the apparent (and hidden) hierarchies and dynamics as the foundation of my work with clients. Exploring the intricate and deeply personal aspects of relational organisational development and generative culture building is something I take a lot of care with.
I work closely with clients to integrate individual and group skills, making space for courageous conversations and creating structural agreements. These are practiced via the facilitation of inclusive processes that promote awareness and empowerment - one conversation at a time
